_MEDIATE is a transformation boutique that focuses on finding and implementing digital revenue sources with you. We impart digital skills and innovation competence to your employees so that they can be successful in the digital age – even in the face of constantly new challenges of technological change. Since our founding in 2008, our actions have been shaped by three leitmotifs:

Embracing Change

Every company can be adjusted to our new times. A time in which the essential success factor is to cope with the dynamics of technological change. We teach change competence - not to be prepared for change, but to see change as an opportunity.

Tailoring Processes

We are a transformation boutique, which means: we are small and specialized - therefore uncomplicated and fast. We don't talk for long, we act. We always focus on the customer with his specific requirements - we tailor processes and methods to your individual needs and therefore we are your stepping stone into the digital age.

Enabling Transformation

We have been doing digital transformation since 2005, developing structured methods to unleash innovation in the company - even after our projects. We call it "Transformation Enablement".
