PowerWind emerged in late 2008 after an MBO. This meant that they could no longer access the services their mother company had provided up until then. One department whose losshad to be compensated for was Legal & Business Affairs. This is where we stepped in and temporarily took over these tasks. Simultaneously, we conducted demand and make-or-buy analyses, developed a concept for the new in-house legal department, selected service providers, wrote job profiles and accompanied the recruiting process.
