We support the third-largest supplier of out-of-home media to open up new customer groups (especially startups) by offering alternative compensation models, mainly Media for Revenue Share. The main goal of this project is to establish strong and long-term partnerships between Plakatunion and start-ups. Our tasks include the development of a dedicated program (incl. screening criteria and process) as well as its execution. In this context, we carry out a continuous screening and scouting of startups that could fit, the individual negotiation of each deal as well as the subsequent monitoring of the campaign.
