Mediengruppe Oberfranken


Within the course of a “Digital Boost” strongly focussed on transferring know-how, we conducted multiple digital workshops with the Mediengruppe Oberfranken (MGO) – specifically in the areas of sales, diversification and editorial. The objective was to familiarize the employees with startup methods and to provide an impulse on how to apply these methods to solve existing challenges. There were lively discussions in the workshops – in the end, however or just because – we received the feedback : “This has been the best seminar we have ever carried out!”
Furthermore, _MEDIATE was mandated to shape – together with MGO’s top management – a new structure for the media group’s (digital) product management.
