GMPVC German Media Pool
GMPVC German Media Pool is Germany’s first Media for Equity fund. GMPVC combines different types of media (radio, out-of-home, TV) and presents them as well coordinated campaigns to up-and-coming companies – for an equity investment. We have rendered assistance in the economic, legal and tax-related structuring of this project. Additionally, we continuously help GMPVC to initiate deals and further contacts to start-ups and media partners.
