Together with the holding company „Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH“(BBG), we structured and executed the project „BBG 2020“ for the Frankfurt Book Fair. Fueled by the dynamic development of the markets, we first analyzed the organizational structure of the company as well (as her sister company), and then identified levers for increasing its efficiency. The goal of the project is to adapt the organizational structures to the point that they are suitable for the current market landscape and the fast development of new products and business models.
