THE PROCESS
In this project format we accompany you, after finding ideas for digital products / business models, further – over the phases conception, design and tests up to the conversion. We use classic design thinking approaches, innovative start-up methods of digital product development (e.g. Lean Start-up) and the latest knowledge of UI/UX design. In this way, the employees on the project automatically gain the missing digital know-how. In addition (and sometimes implicitly!) we carry out the change measures suitable for your company, for a sustainable “digital skill & will” – and that also for the executives!
